Our method

We don't roll out AI all at once. We stack it, one work package at a time.

No sprawling 18-month transformation project. One diagnostic, a foundation running from month one, then use cases added one by one — each self-contained, each measurable, at your own pace.

The overall movement

From a “traditional” firm
to an augmented one. At your own pace.

We start from a diagnostic that prioritises the work packages. The monthly support kicks in — the ongoing foundation — and the work packages build on top, one by one, at your own pace.

The “staircase” model

Each work package is a complete mini-cycle.

A work package isn't a promise. It's a scoped use case, delivered, handed over to your teams — and maintained. We only move to the next one once this one is standing.

01

Scoping

We define the exact perimeter of the use case, the documents involved, the expected outcome.

02

Sprint

We build: prompts, templates, tool configuration. We test on your real documents.

03

Handover

We train your teams to use it day to day. The goal: that they no longer need us.

04

Maintenance

We keep the package up to date: tool changes, adjustments, new needs as they emerge.

Handover: two colleagues from an engineering firm share a working screen
Two families of work packages

Depending on who needs to save time.

Some packages equip your teams day to day. Others build tailor-made technical components. Both follow the same mini-cycle.

“Team” work package

To equip your teams on their day-to-day tasks. Needs diagnostic → build sprint → training and onboarding.

Examples: project meeting minutes · technical bid (mémoire technique) · management reporting

“Technical” work package

For a tailor-made component, deeper down. Specifications → build sprint → transfer to your team or your provider.

Examples: technical specifications (CCTP) / tender analysis · bid comparison / bill of quantities (DPGF) · internal document assistant · automation of a recurring flow · queryable internal knowledge base
The offer, plainly

A foundation, work packages, maintenance.

We sell consulting and enablement — not a software licence. The amounts are set against your size and your scope; we talk it through in person.

Ongoing light support

The diagnostic is a one-off step, valued and credited back if you proceed. The monthly subscription covers the foundation and the support as the work packages roll out — with no minimum term. A first work package is measured in days of work, not in 18-month projects: we scope it together in 30 minutes.

The amounts depend on your size and your scope — we set them together during a first call.

Our stance

Consulting & enablement.
Never “software delivery”.

We don't sell you yet another SaaS to plug in. We don't show up with a tool that imposes its own way of working. We start from your processes, your documents, your minutes structure — and we install AI inside them.

Our job is to make you self-sufficient. Every package handed over is a package you no longer need to pay us for. We stay tool-agnostic: we choose what serves your use case, not what suits us.

Where to start? With the diagnostic.

30 minutes to scope your first work package and see whether we're a good fit to work together.
