Personal data

The contact form collects the data you provide (name, company, e-mail, phone number where applicable, message and source). This data is used solely to respond to your request and follow up on our exchange. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Form messages are delivered through the Formspree service (formspree.io). Appointment booking is handled via HubSpot Meetings. These services may process your data on our behalf under their respective terms.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French « Informatique et Libertés » data protection act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. You can exercise these rights via our contact form.

Cookies and audience measurement

A consent banner is displayed on your first visit. Advertising cookies are only set with your consent; you can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the « Cookies » link in the footer.

Audience measurement — to understand how the site is used and improve it:

  • HubSpot — visits, traffic sources and relationship tracking (including appointment booking).
  • Leadfeeder — identification of visiting companies (company level, no personal data).
  • Microsoft Clarity — usage statistics, heatmaps and session recordings (sensitive content is masked).

Advertising — set only after you accept the banner:

  • LinkedIn Insight Tag and Meta Pixel — advertising measurement and retargeting.

The site also loads fonts via Google Fonts and embeds third-party content (Substack for the newsletter). You can also configure your browser to refuse cookies.
