A lead who knows the workflow, the intended users and documents authorised for the proposed work. Time to test releases and decide on changes is agreed during scoping.
How many tools can we build?
Reserved capacity is set out in the proposal. The number of tools depends on complexity, data and integrations. We agree priorities around the outputs you need and feedback from use.
We already use Copilot or other AI tools.
We start with your environment. The task is to connect models to your documents, rules and tools. Provider choices and access arrangements are reviewed with your IT team.
How is our data handled?
Processing, access, providers and handover arrangements are defined for your engagement. Confidentiality requirements are reviewed before work begins on sensitive documents.
